Staying at Bali Hai was an absolute delight! The rooms are beautifully renovated and immaculately clean, making for a lovely retreat. The serene pool area is perfect for relaxation, and the access to the beach is a huge plus. I truly appreciated the tranquil atmosphere, although I did wish the dining options had a bit more variety. Overall, it felt like a little paradise away from the hustle and bustle.

Our stay was wonderful overall, especially because of the stunning oceanfront views and the beautifully landscaped pool area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, but we did encounter a few downsides; the noise from other rooms was noticeable, and the fan in our bedroom was broken. Additionally, the pool closing at sunset and the early beach chair grab strategy might not sit well with some guests.

This resort turned out to be a little slice of paradise despite the weather. The staff went above and beyond, especially Amanda at check-in and Kevin at the bar, who made our poolside time enjoyable even in the rain. Although our room had some outdated elements, the cleanliness and thoughtful housekeeping made our stay pleasant. I highly recommend trying the Heather Breeze cocktail; it's a must!
